Privacy Policy
This policy describes how Generix Labs (“Generix Labs”, “we”) handles information on generixlabs.com. It is a starting document for the website itself; individual Generix Labs products may publish their own privacy policies where their data practices differ.
Information we collect
- Account information. When you create an account we store your email address and a salted, one-way hash of your password. We never store passwords in a readable form.
- Session information. To keep you logged in we store a session record containing a random token, its expiry, and — for security — the IP address and browser user agent at the time the session was created.
- Contact submissions. When you use the contact form we store the name, email address, optional organization, inquiry type and message you provide, together with a hashed identifier of your connection used only for abuse prevention.
- Technical logs. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (such as request paths and timestamps) needed to operate the site securely.
What we do not do
- We do not sell personal information.
- We do not use third-party advertising trackers on this website.
- We do not offer social sign-in; your account is not linked to any other platform.
How information is used
Account and session information is used to provide authenticated access. Contact submissions are used to read and respond to your inquiry. Technical logs and abuse-prevention data are used to keep the service secure and available.
Retention
Account information is kept while your account exists. Sessions expire automatically. Contact submissions are retained for as long as needed to handle the inquiry and maintain a record of correspondence.
Your choices
You can change your password from your account page. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, contact us through the contact page.
Changes
We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date above.
